- Irrigation Systems: Design, installation, and maintenance of efficient watering systems.
2. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
To ensure the best service experience, we have established the following policies regarding appointments:
Scheduling Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled by contacting our office during business hours. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms

5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

6. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

Plant Guarantees
While we ensure the use of healthy and quality plants, we cannot guarantee the survival and growth of plants once planted, as this is contingent on various environmental factors.
7. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
- In the event of a material breach of terms by either party.
- If either party becomes insolvent or unable to fulfill their obligations.
- Upon mutual agreement between both parties.
Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We strive to resolve any disagreements amicably and professionally. Should a dispute arise, the following steps will be taken:
- Initial discussion to understand the nature of the dispute.
- Mediation by a neutral third party if necessary.
- Arbitration in accordance with local laws if mediation fails.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Gardening Services Pimlico reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in a timely manner and will take effect immediately upon posting.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pimlico is located. Any legal actions arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
12. SEVERABILITY
